Hi friends!!! I realize that it’s been so long since I’ve updated my granola recipe and it’s changed quite a bit since I last posted it! I hope you enjoy and if ya make it, take a picture and remember to tag me in it!
1 1/2 cup (or more) or oats
1/2 cup of buckwheat (not needed but I like it in mine)
1/3 cup of any seed you’d like (I like pumpkin seed)
Dash of Cinnomon
Handful of literally anything els you’d like. (dried fruit, dried coconut, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, flax seeds)
1 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of honey
2 table spoons of coconut oil
Splash of vanilla
Mix in a bowl
Set oven to 400 and let it bake baby!! Remember to lay it on parchment paper otherwise it will stick.
In the middle of its time, take it out, kinda mix it up (on the pan) and then put it back in the oven. This will help it all stick.
It’s a VERY giving process so don’t freak out! It’s not hard at all and it’s actually kinda fun because you can do at you want to it. I’ve heard of people adding peanut butter to it! I’ve wanted to try that. Also don’t put chocolate chips in it till after it’s sat and room temp!
This is so yummy with oat milk and berries!!! If you make this at home, remember to tag me and share this blog post!!
